Nation Network, a National level trust, with focus on
volunteering, fund raising and advocacy.
We
launch india volunteer portal with experience of people
who have handled over 100 000 volunteering hours for
Mastek, Citi and Hindustan Unilever Ltd. across over
50 districts of India in just the last two years. This
experience ranged from regular frequent volunteering
with NGOs or handling volunteering at 30 locations on
one day, in partnership with NGOs.

Mastek
Foundation
Mastek Foundation is an initiative by Mastek,
one of the top 20 IT companies in India. The vision
of Mastek Foundation is Informed Giving and Responsible
Receiving.
Besides
financial support to india volunteer portal, Mastek
Foundation and Mastek will also give technology support
to the portal and more importantly, will make available
a large talent pool with expertise and experience in
management issues.

NGOs
We
plan to partner with about a few hundred NGOs in the
first year. And these will come not from the metros
and cities but at district level too.
Colleges and Schools
We
plan to work with a few colleges, mainly on key campaigns
like blood donation, eye donation...and on advocacy
for water, climate change, tigers and others. These
will be initiatives of Developed Nation Network in partnership
with local NGOs.
Will we work only with NGOs ?
While
most of the volunteering opportunities online will be
from NGOs, we will also work with Colleges, Schools
and other institutions like Forest Department, Blood
Banks....to use indiavolunteerportal.org

We
are about you
india volunteer
portal is not about just a handful of organisations
coming together. Our vision is to get a few hundred
organisations together in the first year.
If you are an NGO, a corporate, an individual volunteer,
an NRI or a foreigner keen on India's development, then
you are part of india volunteer portal.
To
give due respect to your work, we will acknowledge every
volunteer from the page of the NGO where they volunteer
and we will acknowledge every Corporate, NGO, College
/ School, Media or every such organisation partnering
with us, from the home page of the district where they
partner with us.
